Audrey Hane – Creative Director
With more than 20 years of design experience, Audrey Hane has created award-winning annual reports, collateral, packaging, corporate identity, and web sites for many leading Bay Area companies. Working closely with clients, Audrey has a reputation as a hands-on designer/creative director. She develops a deep understanding of each company and its industry to create designs that best communicate their message.
A graduate of UOP (University of the Pacific) and CCAC (California College of Arts and Crafts), Audrey interned with Michael Vanderbyl Design and then spent the first five years of her career as a designer for McKesson Corporation creating their corporate identity, collateral and other corporate communications projects. During the next nine years, she was the senior designer and art director for Broom & Broom, a design agency in San Francisco. There, she designed award-winning annual reports, collateral, and packaging for Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-ups.
Richard Chow – Chief Operating Officer
Richard Chow runs the day-to-day operations of Hane Chow. He has more than 20 years of design and production experience creating brochures, annual reports, corporate identity, packaging, web sites, and other corporate communications projects. His ability to remain flexible under tight deadlines and budget constraints has won him praise from his clients and they return year after year.
Richard, an alumni of CCAC, started his career at McKesson. Five years later, he was production supervisor at Broom & Broom. There, he successfully managed a growing production staff, busy production scheduling and a large volume of projects for the company. Richard has a reputation as a calm, organized, and effective communicator. His ability to work with clients and keep them sane is his well-earned trademark.
